Here is a fun and easy summertime sing-along song to teach your preschoolers. This song can be found in my summertime lesson plan, but you could really could use this song any time of the year.
10 Little Bubbles is a piggyback song of The Paw Paw Patch.
Teach students the song and have them repeat it as a group. Then, have them march in a circle to the beat of the rhyme and pretend to “pop” a bubble every time they say the word “pop.”
If you want to add more excitement, you could also blow real bubbles or have a bubble machine running while you sing this song. Or, you could blow up ten small balloons and bounce them around in the air while as you sing.
Here are the lyrics:
One little, two little, three little bubbles
Four little, Five little, Six little bubbles
Seven little, Eight little, Nine little bubbles
Ten little bubbles go pop, pop, pop, pop, pop
Pop those, pop those, pop those bubbles
Pop those, pop those, pop those bubbles
Pop those, pop those, pop those bubbles
Ten little bubbles go pop, pop, pop, pop, pop
