Are you looking for a fun and easy song to do with your preschoolers before Christmas break?
I’m excited to share with you an inclusive sing-along song to teach preschoolers in December. You can simply sing the song with the children, or incorporate scarves if you have them. This song can be found in my Christmas-themed lesson plan, but you can use this movement-based song anytime in the weeks leading up to the Holidays.
Ten Little Presents is a piggyback song of “The Paw Paw Patch.”
This is a great song for scarves! Pass out scarves to students and encourage them to wave them in the air, keeping the beat. If classroom spaces allow, have them toss the scarves into the air on accents in the piece.
Here are the lyrics:
One little, two little, three little presents
Four little, five little, six little presents
Seven little eight little nine little presents
10 little presents all under my tree!
